Ingredients

 

Tomato.
Eggplant.
Pepper.
Onion.
Olive oil.
Cod.
Garlic.
Salt.

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Roast the vegetables in the oven. Once roasted, the skin is removed from all of them and chopped to taste (small pieces or strips).
  2. Put them all together in a saucepan and add the sliced cod.
  3. Then season everything generously with olive oil and garlic cut into thin slices.
  4. Check the salt point.
