In the Trosets section, already on the road that connects Gata with Xaló, we can find a place where one of the most popular and traditional rustic constructions in the town of Gata is still preserved.

It is a stone river, that is to say, the typical construction to store the reeds that were used to dry the scalded grapes and to obtain the raisin, and that until recently, has been one of the main activities Marina Alta. In addition, in this place, we can also see the only era of threshing the wheat that remains in the village of Gata.

And finally, we can see a carob tree with a very characteristic trunk, because due to the many years of life of the tree, its trunk has a very peculiar appearance. The carob tree has a height of 9 meters and a perimeter at the base of 8 meters.
